Deer Creek and PCH. North of Malibu and Ventura County Line (Neptunes Net Restaurant) a few miles. There is free parking on the shoulder of the highway during daylight hours. Park by the stairs. The stairs lead down to the beach. Get geared up at your car. This is somewhat of an exposed site so sometimes the surf and entry can be challenging. But there is usually good kelp forest and rock reek lines that are conducive to bringing in a variety of sea life. I have had some great night dives here.
There are no facilities and cell service may be sketchy if at all. There is a call box on the road. The sand on the beach may come and go as the season and storms dictate so this is a good site to have a plan B(Breakfast).
